Starting Point
Both office work and teleworking generate a series of physical and emotional discomforts that are repeated in all companies: headaches, muscle tension, stress problems, anxiety, or insomnia.
My Story
In my previous job, I had a significant stress problem, one of those that make you stop and rethink your way of life up to that point. And it was at that moment when I discovered aromatherapy.
I learned that I can take care of my health and those typical daily ailments, naturally, with a method free of side effects and with scientific rigor. It’s called scientific aromatherapy and consists of using essential oils for therapeutic purposes. Aromatherapy is much more than aromas, and perhaps you didn’t know that.
And I believed in it so much…
That I became excited again, so much so that I left my job at a multinational with a good salary and wonderful colleagues, and founded Aromaterapia Friendly.
I left my comfort zone, it was really a leap into the void… and that’s how I entered the world of organizational well-being and occupational health.
I’m a computer engineer and I’ve worked on internet and communications security projects for companies for 20 years, so it’s exactly what you’re thinking. A full professional reinvention at 47.
Therefore, when I talk about AROMATHERAPY, I’m not the one wearing a flower headband and an Ibiza-style skirt.
If this discipline hadn’t had scientific rigor and if it wasn’t WHAT IT IS, I would never have made such an important decision. Now I know what my 5 character strengths are (we’ll talk about that another time) and PRUDENCE is one of them.
So no… I wouldn’t have done it.

My professional reinvention led me to experience a great test of humility. I came from a company where everyone listened to me because of who I was, because of my company’s name and my professional background. But suddenly I started from scratch, I was nobody and I had to prove who I was, what my value was, day after day, person after person.
It was INCREDIBLE that the first companies trusted me.
What Do I Offer You?
Aromatic experiences for the occupational health of the people in your organization, lasting about 90 minutes.
How Does It Work?
If you prefer the online mode, I send an “aromatic kit” for each employee to your company’s address.
If we do it in person, we can use the same aromatic kit or olfaction sticks.
And the attendees connect through Zoom or your preferred platform so that we can enjoy the aromatic experience together.
That’s it, it’s that simple.
The kit will include a small sample of 3 100% natural essential oils prepared for an olfactory practice.
What Will They Get?
They will have their first sample of a basic aromatic first-aid kit.
From the first experience, they will be able to put into practice those tips to take care of their health naturally at work.

Of course, practical training
The aromatic experiences include the essential theory you need to know for the practice to be successful, safe, and 100% effective. My Training
From the beginning of this adventure, I have invested in training. Throughout my professional career, I’ve been taught that this is essential to do quality work, which is what I offer.

- Carmen Soler in the DEBO master’s program “Strategic Direction of Organizational Wellbeing” which I SUPER recommend if you’re interested in the world of healthy organizations, as Carmen is a reference in this sector.
- And I’ve combined it with my professional background in the world of business, suppliers, clients, large and small, public and private sectors.
