Duration and structure of the session:

The session lasts approximately one hour, although if the group is very participative, it can extend up to an hour and fifteen minutes.
During this olfactory journey, we combine technical knowledge with the sensory exploration of essential oils. Throughout the session, we encourage olfactory practice and mindfulness, inviting participants to connect deeply with each aroma and its impact on well-being.
At the end of the session, you will receive an eBook with a summary of key tips and recommendations, so you can easily apply them in your daily life and continue enjoying the benefits of aromatherapy. 🌿✨
