A moment to be in a room alone and without interruptions to leave all your outside world out of that room.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a space to disconnect from the workday or to engage in a different activity through <strong>aromas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A moment to remember the importance of <strong>self-care<\/strong> because only we have that <strong>responsibility<\/strong>. When I take care of myself, it produces a <strong>ripple effect<\/strong> that starts with you and reaches others.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not a luxury. It&#8217;s not selfish. It&#8217;s necessary.
