In these lines, you’ll discover how; because aromatherapy is much more than just scents! <\/span><\/p>\n I know that one of your priority objectives is to preserve and even improve the physical and emotional health of the people in your organization.<\/p>\n In fact, you’ve organized many activities for their well-being, but you’d like to innovate and do something different that can also be done online.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Starting Point<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Both office work and teleworking generate a series of physical and emotional discomforts that are repeated in all companies: headaches, muscle tension, stress problems, anxiety, or insomnia.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n My Story<\/strong><\/p>\n In my previous job, I had a significant stress problem, one of those that make you stop and rethink your way of life up to that point. A full professional reinvention at 47. <\/p>\n Therefore, when I talk about AROMATHERAPY, I’m not the one wearing a flower headband and an Ibiza-style skirt.<\/p>\n If this discipline hadn’t had scientific rigor and if it wasn’t WHAT IT IS, I would never have made such an important decision.
